The Silver Lake Township Supervisors held their regular monthly meeting on Tuesday, January 3, 2006 at the Silver Lake Township Building. Tom Swan called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and everyone saluted the Flag.

Tom Swan made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Sandy Payne seconded, approved. The Treasurer’s report was read, approved and held for audit on motion made by Tom Swan and seconded by Sandy Payne.

Public comment: A resident commented on how well the roads are being taken care of this winter.

Tom Swan open the bids for the sale of the Kaiser-Jeep Army Truck. One bid was received from Ken Kublo in the amount of $2,646.

Tom Swan gave the road report. The road crew is trying to stay ahead of the snow and ice.

There were no assessment permits issued during the month of December.

Sandy Payne made a motion to pay the bills as submitted, Tom Swan seconded, approved.
