The Silver Lake Township Supervisors held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, November 6, 2006 at the Silver Lake Township building. Terry Dugan called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and everyone saluted the Flag.

Terry Dugan made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Sandy Payne seconded, approved. The Treasurer’s report was read, approved and held for audit on a motion made by Terry Dugan and seconded by Sandy Payne.

Public Comment: Mr. Demaree handed out a traffic study sheet that he compiled from information from PENDOT for residents’ information.

Chief Michael Hornak gave the police report with 20 reportable incidents for the month of October.

No Assessment Permits were issued during the month of October.

Evan Everitt gave the road report. Pop’s Hobby Road project is completed. Several sluice pipes have been replaced. The leaf vacume is being used and the equipment is being readied for winter.

Terry Dugan opened the fuel bids.

Williams Oil: Unleaded Gas -- $1.74/gal. On-road Diesel -- $2.1145/gal. Heating Oil -- $1.9572/gal.

Mirabito Fuel Goup: Unleaded Gas -- $1.8006/gal. On-road Diesel -- $2.1442/gal. Heating Oil -- $1.8550/gal. flex or $2.19/gal. fix

Bids will be reviewed before a final decision is made.

Sandy Payne made a motion to pay the bills as submitted, Terry Dugan seconded, approved.

As no further business was presented, Terry Dugan made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
