The Silver Lake Township Supervisors held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, December 4, 2006 at the Silver Lake Township building. Terry Dugan called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and everyone saluted the Flag.

Tom Swan made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Terry Dugan seconded, approved. The Treasurer’s report was read, approved and held for audit on a motion made by Tom Swan and seconded by Terry Dugan.

There were no public comments.

Sergeant Tim Burgh gave the police report with 17 reportable incidents for the month of November.

No Assessment Permits were issued during the month of November.

Tom Swan gave the road report. Roads are in good shape and equipment is ready for winter.

Williams Oil was awarded the on-road diesel and unleaded and Mirabito the fuel oil.

Terry Dugan presented the budget for 2007. The budget will be available for inspection in the township office. A special meeting to adopt the budget will be held on December 27, at 8:30 am.

Tom Swan made a motion to pay the bills as submitted, Terry Dugan seconded, approved.

As no further business was presented, Terry Dugan made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
