The Silver Lake Township Supervisors held their regular monthly meeting on Monday, February 5, 2007 at the Silver Lake Township Building.  Terrence Dugan called the meeting to order at 7:30 pm and everyone saluted the Flag.

Tom Swan made a motion to accept the minutes as read, Terry Dugan seconded, approved.  The Treasurer’s report was read, approved and held for audit on a motion made by Tom Swan and seconded by Terry Dugan.

Public comment:  A resident asked what the status was on Friendsville Borough and how that will impact the Northern Tier Coalition.  Tom Swan explained that the Borough is in the process of reorganizing and hopefully will and back on track and will retain their membership with the NTC.

Terry Dugan read the Police Report with 24 reportable incidents for the month of January. 

Tom Swan gave the road report.

Terry Dugan read a resolution to will allow the Police Department to investigate and enforce certain township ordinances.  Terry Dugan made a motion to accept the resolution as read, Tom Swan seconded, approved.

No Assessment Permits were issued during the month of January.

Tom Swan made a motion to pay the bills as submitted, Terry Dugan seconded, approved.

As no further business was presented, Terry Dugan made a motion to adjourn the meeting.
